A-1. Outline of Pig lining

1.Minimum lining temperature	Over 1℃
2.Film thickness	Based on one time lining, 800μmfor straight pipeline, 400㎛ for Bend, maximum thickness 3mm.
3.Distance	Possible over than 1km
4.Ability	Possible for lining regardless of quantity and sort of horizontal / vertical pipeline.
5.Durability	17years based on the film thickness of 800㎛
6.Maximum bore size	30inch



A-2. Method of Pig lining

* Preparation

• 1. Check the work site: Review the target pipeline as per the result of Pre-Engineering with drawing. (In case of discrepancy between actual site condition and drawing, discuss with the client)
• 2. Pig Launcher (tubes) and Receiver (arrival hall) to launch Pig is part and installed at arrival part.

* Pig Descaling

• 1. 1 step pig: KIS-NCW(Foam pig) Penetration test
• 2. 2 step pig: Removing and Scraping foreign debris inside wall of pipeline
• 3. 3 step pig: Removing moisture and fine dust
