This technology analyzes environment and features of fluid of the pipeline or water pipeline with our accumulated experience in pipeline cleaning, inspection & lining. This technology offers Total Service such as inspection, assessment, cleaning, lining and maintenance for deteriorated pipeline with our self-developed technology & state-of-the-art equipment.

    A-1. Scraper cleaning

    ½ºÅ©·¹ÆÛ Å¬¸®´× Cleaning the deteriorated pipeline with winch that tows elastic scraper. The hardness of scraper is selected as per the geometry of the pipeline. Scraper cleaning can remove scale, film of paint, deposits of the inside wall of pipeline. It could not perfectly clean for the penetrated rust or film into the pipeline wall.



    A-2. Water jet or Ultra high pressure water jet cleaning

    ¿öÅÍÁ¬ It is applicable to various field kinds of, removing rust & scale of Steel pipe, industrial boiler, tank, harbor facility, vessel, building and etc. General water jet pressure is 200bar to clean water pipeline. High pressure water jet pressure is 1720bar to remove all kinds of film and rust.

    A-3. Dry ice cleaning

    Development : Apply the feature of the dry ice that it disappeared into the air without remaining solid or liquid. It is applied to blast cleaning.
    Cleaning principle : High speed particle of dry ice clash with the surface of the cleaning target, and the particle make the crack and inflate in a moment as 800 times, and separate the contaminant from the surface.

    A-4. Induction remover cleaning (Induction heating principle)

    Thermogenic : Heated only required to separate by 0.3mm from the surface of the steel.
    It ensures that there is no damage opposite side of the steel. Benefits : Partial, safety, quickness, cleanliness
