PURPOSE
To evacuate inside of pipeline with pig for pipeline relocation and liquid substitution.
General Work Procedure
- 1) Removing valve, flange, spool and attached equipment : For getting work space, For smooth pig run.
- 2) Install Launcher, Receiver and pressure utility : Preparation work for evacuation (Choose N2 or air depending on service liquid)
- 3) Foam Pigging (KIS-NCW): : To remove the service liquid inside of pipeline (Choose what pig should use depending on service liquid)
- 4) AIR/N2 Blowing : : To remove remained service liquid or to purge inside of pipeline by N2.
- 5) Inspection
- 6) Uninstall equipment and restore the pipeline
