DESCALING FOR EXISTING PIPELINE

PURPOSE
To keep stable producing progress, quality, save the operating expense.
To keep stable flow rate and pressure by removing scale raised during operation
CLEANING 전.후
    General Work Procedure
  • 1) Removing valve, flange, spool and attached equipment : 작For getting work space, For smooth pig run.
  • 2) Install Launcher, Receiver and pressure utility : Preparation work for Pig Cleaning
  • 3) Water flushing(△P check) : Removing liquid inside of pipeline with water
  • 4) Foam pigging(KIS-NCW) : To remove remained liquid after water flushing. Pre-test for passing inside of pipeline
  • 5)Brush / Metal Pin pigging(KIS-SPB1/KIS-SMPS3) : To remove scale using Pig attached metal pin or petal brush on it’s surface
  • 6) Water flushing(△P check) : To remove scale after Brush / Metal Pin pigging
  • 7) Water drain ( Sponge pig) : To remove remained scale and water
  • 8) Air blowing (5 minutes) To remove tiny dust
  • 9) Inspection
  • 10) Uninstall equipment and restore the pipeline
